Our Services
Lincoln Square Coaching provides a diverse array of services tailored to support individuals with disabilities in reaching their educational and vocational goals. Our offerings include specialized services for youth, career exploration, assessment services for adults, skills coaching, training, and vocational expert services, among others.
Vocational Evaluations
We provide comprehensive vocational evaluations for individuals who need to determine their vocational potential, strengths, limitations, and needs. We use standardized tests, interviews, work samples, and other methods to assess aptitudes, interests, skills, abilities, and work values. We also provide vocational counseling, career exploration, and pre-employment training.
Career Exploration Assessments
Our Career Exploration Assessments, offered through our contract with ACCES-VR, are designed to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and ideal career paths. Through a variety of assessments and expert guidance, we provide detailed reports and recommendations to assist you in making informed decisions about your education, training, and career choices. Whether you're unsure of your next steps or seeking a career change, our assessments can provide clarity and direction for your future.
Transition Services and Counseling for Students
Our Transition Services, offered through our contract with ACCES-VR, are specifically designed to support youth with disabilities as they prepare for and navigate their transition into adulthood. Whether you already have a case with ACCES-VR or may be eligible for services, our personalized support can help you develop essential skills, explore career options, and achieve your goals. We provide a range of services, including career counseling, job exploration, skills training, and assistance with education or employment placement. Our goal is to empower youth with disabilities to make informed decisions about their future and successfully transition into independent living and fulfilling careers.
21st Century Success Skills and Self-Advocacy Training
Our Work Readiness Skills and Self-Advocacy for Employment Trainings equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workplace. Through interactive workshops and personalized guidance, we focus on developing effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and self-advocacy skills. These trainings are designed to increase your confidence, enhance your job prospects, and empower you to thrive in your career.
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) are for students with disabilities transitioning from school to postsecondary education, employment, or independent living. An IEE is an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the school district responsible for the student's education. An IEE can be requested by the student, the parent, or the school district when there is a disagreement about the student's educational needs, goals, or services.
As a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Joseph has extensive experience in transition planning, counseling, and assessment have the expertise and experience to conduct comprehensive and objective IEEs that assess the student's abilities, interests, aptitudes, skills, preferences, and barriers related to transition planning. Evidence-based practices and an unwavering commitment to ethical standards guide our IEEs. We provide clear and comprehensive reports that include recommendations for appropriate transition services and supports, such as career exploration, vocational training, academic accommodations, assistive technology, job placement, or independent living skills. An IEE can be privately funded by the family or paid for by the school district under certain circumstances.

Vocational Expert Services
Vocational Expert Services: We provide expert testimony and reports for personal injury, workers' compensation, divorce, employment discrimination, Social Security disability, and other legal cases that involve vocational issues. We assess the impact of disability, injury, or illness on employability, earning capacity, and labor market access.
