Comprehensive Career & Transition Services
From career exploration to workplace success, we provide personalized support for youth and adults with disabilities at every stage of their journey.
Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
For students ages 14-21
Pre-ETS helps students with disabilities prepare for life after high school. These services are funded by state vocational rehabilitation agencies—ACCES-VR in New York and DVRS in New Jersey—and are provided at no cost to students, families, or school partners.
Job Exploration Counseling
Help students discover career paths that match their interests, strengths, and goals. Through hands-on activities, career assessments, and guided exploration of job clusters, students gain clarity about their future.
Workplace Readiness Training
Build the essential skills employers value most: time management, teamwork, professional communication, hygiene routines, and social skills. Students practice real-world scenarios to build confidence.
Instruction in Self-Advocacy
Empower students to understand their rights, communicate their needs, and advocate for accommodations. We help students develop the confidence to speak up for themselves in educational and workplace settings.
Post-Secondary Counseling
Student-focused guidance for exploring options after high school—whether college, vocational training, adult day programs, or supported employment. We help students understand requirements and access support services.
Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES)
Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES) support young adults ages 16 to 24 who are not currently enrolled in an educational program. Through career exploration, skill-building, and personalized planning, we help participants identify their strengths and pursue meaningful employment.
Lincoln Square Coaching is an approved OSYES provider in Hudson and Essex counties. All services are provided at no cost to participants or families.

Career Exploration Assessment
Our Career Exploration Assessments are comprehensive evaluations designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their unique strengths, interests, skills, and work preferences. Through a combination of standardized assessments, structured interviews, and hands-on exploration activities, we gather meaningful insights that inform career planning and goal-setting.
Each assessment is tailored to the individual and may include interest inventories, aptitude measures, learning style assessments, and work values clarification. The results provide a clear picture of career clusters and pathways that align with a person's profile, helping them make informed decisions about education, training, and employment.
We provide detailed written reports with actionable recommendations that can be used to support IEP transition planning, inform ACCES-VR service planning, and guide next steps toward meaningful employment.
