Joseph Amodeo

Joseph Amodeo, MPA, MS, MA

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Amodeo is a workforce development leader, career counselor, and researcher dedicated to building inclusive pathways to employment for all professionals. As the founder and CEO of Lincoln Square Coaching, he leads a mission-driven organization that provides person-centered career services—from transition support for youth with disabilities through partnerships with the New York State Education Department (ACCES-VR) and the New Jersey Department of Labor to private career coaching for professionals at any career stage. Joseph is also the Founder of CareerLinc Inc., a company that builds technology solutions for career development professionals, combining evidence-based assessment methodologies with modern AI to help practitioners deliver more effective, scalable career guidance.

Before launching Lincoln Square Coaching, Joseph spent over 14 years in leadership roles at QSAC Inc., a New York City nonprofit serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As Director of Career Development and Communications, he launched the organization's vocational services program and secured more than $5 million in private grants to support innovative solutions addressing the evolving needs of the autism community.

Joseph is currently completing doctoral studies in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with concentrations in Human Resource Development and Diversity in Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on career coaching methodology, specifically as it relates to preparing vocational rehabilitation and allied professionals in fostering a self-determined approach to career development for youth and adults with disabilities. He has presented at local, national, and international conferences.

Joseph holds several advanced certifications including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), Certified Career Counselor (CCC), and Board-Certified Coach (BCC).

Annie Dewey

Annie Dewey, MEd

Chief School Partnerships Officer

Annie Dewey is the Chief School Partnerships Officer (CSPO) at Lincoln Square Coaching (LSC), where she leads and supports the expansion of our school-based transition services division. In this role, she oversees all aspects of LSC's school partnerships, including relationship management, staffing, program development, curriculum design, and service delivery.

Annie brings over a decade of experience across education, workforce development, and consulting. Before joining LSC, Annie worked as a director of client management at a data and insights firm, where she led strategic projects and client operations. She has also held roles in higher education at Boston College and Fairfield University, where she supported students in their transition to employment.

Annie holds a bachelor's degree in secondary education and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College. She has completed advanced training in employment services for people with disabilities through the Institute for Community Integration (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Gabrielle Conway

Gabrielle Conway brings over a decade of experience in higher education and student affairs to her role as Senior Director of Student Services at Lincoln Square Coaching (LSC). She is deeply committed to supporting student success, particularly for individuals navigating complex academic, social, and accessibility needs. At LSC, Gabrielle oversees student-centered initiatives that foster inclusion, advocacy, and empowerment, ensuring that every learner has the tools and support necessary to thrive.

Prior to joining LSC, Gabrielle served for more than a decade at the City University of New York (CUNY), most recently in the Central Office of Student Affairs. In this capacity, she collaborated with senior leadership on university-wide programs and services including the University Student Senate, administration of student affairs scholarships, and serving as liaison to CUNY's Coalition of Students with Disabilities.

Gabrielle earned her Master's degree in Disability Studies from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lehman College. Her academic and professional journey demonstrates her passion and dedication to advancing opportunities for students and creating environments where all learners can succeed.
