Joseph Amodeo is a passionate advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the founder and CEO of Lincoln Square Coaching, Joseph has dedicated his career to transforming the vocational landscape for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and people impacted by mental illness.
With a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo and as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Career Counselor (CCC), and Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), Joseph brings specialized expertise to the field of vocational services. His academic pursuits, including ongoing doctoral studies in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, further enhance his ability to develop innovative supports and strategies. Joseph is the recipient of the Fabac-Tomlinson Scholarship for doctoral students studying Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Joseph's extensive educational background includes additional graduate degrees that contribute to his multidisciplinary approach. He holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Marist College and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany. His undergraduate studies at the University at Albany culminated in a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Religious Studies. This diverse academic foundation equips Joseph with a unique perspective on policy, administration, and societal structures, enhancing his ability to advocate for and implement systemic changes in support of individuals with disabilities.
Joseph's professional journey is marked by a commitment to inclusive employment practices. In his role as Director of Career Development and Communications at QSAC (Quality Services for the Autism Community), he has honed his skills in creating person-centered vocational services that align with the unique abilities and interests of neurodiverse individuals.
Joseph's approach is characterized by a focus on person-centered planning and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities experienced by people in the world of work. His expertise in career development, combined with certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), supports his development of innovative programs that foster inclusive work environments.
Through his work at Lincoln Square Coaching, Joseph continues his commitment to advocating for an inclusive and diverse employment landscape. Joseph is a proud member of several professional associations including the National Career Development Association (NCDA), National Rehabilitation Counseling Association (NRCA), American Rehabilitation Counseling Association (ARCA), International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), and the American Academy of Human Resources (AHRD) among others.

Annie's academic background in education, including a bachelor's degree in secondary education and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College, provides a solid foundation for her work in vocational training and development. Her experience in higher education at Fairfield University and Boston College has given her valuable insights into the transition from education to employment, a critical aspect of Lincoln Square Coaching's mission.
Demonstrating her commitment to specialized vocational services, Annie has completed advanced graduate-level training in employment services for people with disabilities through the Institute for Community Integration (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. This specialized knowledge enhances her ability to design programs that address the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

With over two decades of experience in HR and career services, Fran plays a crucial role in shaping the vocational future of neurodiverse individuals and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Drawing from her extensive background as Senior Director of Human Resources at Calvary Hospital, where she managed HR functions for over 1,000 employees, Fran brings a deep understanding of workplace dynamics and employer needs to Lincoln Square Coaching. Her expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices informs the company's innovative approach to supporting inclusive employment opportunities.
Fran's diverse experience, including her roles as Director of the College and Career Information Center at Pelham Memorial High School and Director of Youth Employment Services for the Town of Pelham, uniquely positions her to guide clients through the complexities of career planning and job placement. Her background in youth development and college counseling is particularly valuable in supporting young adults as they transition into the workforce.
Her master's degree in communications from Fordham University and bachelor's in communications from Boston College enhances her ability to advocate effectively for clients and build strong relationships with community and school partners as well as other allied professionals.
