We provide on-site or virtual Pre-ETS instruction, professional development for staff, family workshops, and transition coordination support. Can Pre-ETS services be delivered at our school?

Yes. Lincoln Square Coaching delivers Pre-ETS instruction on-site at partner schools throughout New York and New Jersey. Our team integrates with your existing transition programming and IEP schedule.

Does Lincoln Square Coaching provide professional development for school staff?

Yes. We offer professional development workshops for teachers, transition coordinators, and administrators on topics including disability awareness, career readiness strategies, and ACCES-VR/DVRS referral processes.

How does LSC coordinate with IEP transition teams?

Our team collaborates with IEP transition teams to align Pre-ETS instruction with each student's transition goals. We provide progress reports, attend team meetings as needed, and coordinate referrals to ACCES-VR or DVRS.

Our Pre-ETS instruction is built around SOAR: Self-Discovery, Opportunities, Advocacy, and Readiness.

Job Exploration Counseling

A small group curriculum using games, visuals, and activities to explore career interests, job clusters, and work preferences.

Workplace Readiness Training

Prepares students for workplace success through instruction in hygiene routines, time management, teamwork, and social skills.

Instruction in Self-Advocacy

Trains students to understand their rights, communicate their needs, and advocate for themselves in educational and workplace settings.

Post-Secondary Counseling

1:1 guidance sessions exploring options including college, vocational training, adult day programs, or employment supports.
