Internship & Practicum Programs
We offer paid opportunities for students pursuing careers in rehabilitation counseling and social work. Review the details below to find the right fit for your program.
Rehabilitation Counseling Intern
- Must be enrolled in an accredited rehabilitation counseling master's or advanced certificate program
- Paid internship hours at $20/hr
- Qualified supervision for CRC eligibility
- In-person at community and school sites, with some flexibility for remote work when appropriate
Rehabilitation Counseling Practicum
- Must be enrolled in an accredited rehabilitation counseling master's program
- Paid practicum hours at $17/hr
- Introductory clinical experience
- In-person at community and school sites, with some flexibility for remote work when appropriate
Social Work Undergraduate Intern
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate social work program
- Paid internship hours at $17/hr
- Exposure to disability services and career development
- In-person at community and school sites, with some flexibility for remote work when appropriate
A Note for Social Work Graduate Students
At this time, Lincoln Square Coaching is unable to provide field instruction for social work graduate students. We welcome undergraduate social work students whose programs align with our mission and service offerings.
Students in Other Fields of Study
We welcome letters of interest from undergraduate and graduate students in other fields seeking community-based internship opportunities. Interest is evaluated on an as-needed basis, and the opportunity must align with LSC's mission and program offerings to ensure a rich learning experience for the student and an appropriate experience for the people we serve.
Where You'll Work
All interns and practicum students are required to regularly conduct in-person hours as part of their learning experience at LSC. You should feel comfortable commuting to one or more areas within our service region.
In-person opportunities may take place at our offices, at partner schools, community-based organizations, or employer sites across the region.
