Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Joseph Amodeo is a workforce development leader, disability rights advocate, and researcher dedicated to building more inclusive pathways to employment. As the founder and CEO of Lincoln Square Coaching, he leads a mission-driven organization committed to transforming how people with disabilities access career development services and achieve meaningful, self-directed employment.
Before launching Lincoln Square Coaching, Joseph spent over 14 years in leadership roles at QSAC Inc., a New York City nonprofit serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As Director of Career Development and Communications—and previously as Director of Development and Senior Director of Strategy—he led agency-wide workforce initiatives, secured over a dozen six-figure grants, and launched programs to improve post-secondary outcomes for youth with disabilities, individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Earlier in his career, he held program and development roles with Power My Learning, Marist College, and the New York State Dental Foundation.
Joseph is currently completing doctoral studies in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership with a focus in Human Resource Development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He holds graduate degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling (University at Buffalo), Public Administration (Marist College), and Political Science (University at Albany), as well as a BA in Religious Studies, summa cum laude.
Joseph holds numerous professional credentials, including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He also serves as a Vocational Expert (VE) for the Social Security Administration.
He is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Career Development Association (NCDA), International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals (VECAP), and the American Counseling Association (ACA). He also serves on the Advisory Board for the graduate program in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University at Buffalo and on the board of the Northeast Chapter of IARP.
Chief Program Officer
Annie Dewey is the Chief Program Officer at Lincoln Square Coaching, where she oversees the design and implementation of vocational programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She brings over a decade of experience across education, workforce development, and consulting.
Before joining Lincoln Square Coaching, Annie worked as a director of client management at a data and insights firm, where she led strategic projects and client operations. She has also held roles in higher education at Boston College and Fairfield University, where she supported students in their transition to employment.
Annie holds a bachelor's degree in secondary education and a master's degree in higher education from Boston College. She has completed advanced training in employment services for people with disabilities through the Institute for Community Integration (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
