At Lincoln Square Coaching, we specialize in delivering high-impact transition services and vocational supports for students with disabilities, including those with significant support needs. We work with public, charter, private, and nonpublic schools to deliver individualized and group-based transition services that align with IEP goals and postsecondary planning. Our offerings include:
Funded through ACCES-VR for students ages 14 to 22
Our Pre-ETS instruction is built around SOAR: Self-Discovery, Opportunities, Advocacy, and Readiness. This proprietary curriculum was developed specifically for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and complex support needs. All lessons are designed to be visual, hands-on, and accessible.
We conduct comprehensive, strengths-based assessments to inform IEP development and post-school planning.
We provide guidance on navigating systems such as OPWDD, ACCES-VR, Medicaid Waiver programs, and supported employment.
We train school staff on evidence-based transition practices, behavioral supports, and regulatory compliance.
We support schools with on-site or virtual service coordination, including referral tracking and systems navigation.
We provide custom consulting to help schools build or improve their transition programs.
