Partner With Us

Empowering students. Supporting schools. Advancing equity.

At Lincoln Square Coaching, we specialize in delivering high-impact transition services and vocational supports for students with disabilities, including those with significant support needs. We are more than a vendor. We are a mission-driven partner committed to helping schools build meaningful pathways from classroom to community.

What We Offer Schools

We work with public, charter, private, and nonpublic schools to deliver individualized and group-based transition services that align with IEP goals and postsecondary planning. Our offerings include:

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

Funded through ACCES-VR for students ages 14 to 22

  • Job Exploration Counseling
  • Work Readiness and Independent Living Skills Training
  • Self-Advocacy Training
  • Post-Secondary Counseling

Our Pre-ETS instruction is built around SOAR: Self-Discovery, Opportunities, Advocacy, and Readiness. This proprietary curriculum was developed specifically for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and complex support needs. All lessons are designed to be visual, hands-on, and accessible.

Transition Assessments

We conduct comprehensive, strengths-based assessments to inform IEP development and post-school planning.

Family and Caregiver Workshops

We provide guidance on navigating systems such as OPWDD, ACCES-VR, Medicaid Waiver programs, and supported employment.

Professional Development for Educators

We train school staff on evidence-based transition practices, behavioral supports, and regulatory compliance.

Embedded Transition Coordination

We support schools with on-site or virtual service coordination, including referral tracking and systems navigation.

Program Development and Technical Assistance

We provide custom consulting to help schools build or improve their transition programs.

"Lincoln Square Coaching proved invaluable in working with me to coach students on essential job search skills as they prepared for graduation."
