Eligibility: Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of course content has been completed.
Tracking: Completion is based on course activity (e.g., pages viewed, quizzes taken).
Requesting a Refund: Submit requests to support@lincolnsqcoaching.com within the 14-day window.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exclusions: Refunds are not granted if more than 20% of the course has been accessed or if a certificate of completion has been issued.
Exceptions: Technical issues or extenuating circumstances will be reviewed case-by-case.

We reserve the right to revoke access to content following a refund.
